We had reported early this year that Jama fame actor-director Pari Elavazhagan is starring in and directing a new film alongside Ramya Ranganathan, who was seen in Dhanush's Nilavukku Enmel Ennadi Kobam. On Wednesday, the makers unveiled the first-look poster and announced that the film has been titled Anbe Diana.

Pari Elavazhagan stands at the centre of the first-look poster dressed as a groom, in an attire stained with blood. Ramya Ranganathan stands beside him as a bride in white, holding a bouquet with a smile. While the duo appear in wedding attire, the varied expressions of the surrounding characters and the objects flying around them together tease for a fun-filled family entertainer film.

Anbe Diana also marks the comeback of actor-politician Roja. The film is backed by Million Dollar Studios, known for Good Night and Tourist Family, along with Neo Castle Creations. Sathya Karikalan and Yuvaraj Ganesan are producing the film. Pari has also written the story and screenplay and will be seen in the lead role in the film.

Chetan, YouTuber Parithabangal Gopi, Ismath Banu, Sudharsan Gandhi, and Cell Murugan play important roles in Anbe Diana. On the technical front, the film will feature music composed by Bharath Sankar, who previously scored for Mandela and Maaveeran. Shelley R Calist will crank the camera, while Partha will take care of editing.

Currently in post-production, the film is set in the Perambur area of Chennai. It is gearing up to hit theatres for summer.
