In the age of streaming, content is in abundance with the choices for viewers to watch something being enormously high. Krishnan Kutty, Head of Entertainment - South Cluster at JioStar, opened up about the impact of Bigg Boss Tamil.

In an exclusive interview with CE, Krishnan said, "Other than IPL, there is nothing that gets audiences, that gets people's love, and which scales up like Bigg Boss. So, I think it is an exciting journey (for the show), and I think it is pretty unbelievable."

The executive also recalls fondly that the first meeting he had in Chennai was the one which was held to explore the options of creating a version of Bigg Boss in Tamil. He goes on to explain that his journey these past ten years has been intertwined with Bigg Boss.

The upcoming tenth season of Bigg Boss Tamil is set to premiere on September 6.
