The makers of director Ramkumar's upcoming film Irandu Vaanam, featuring actors Vishnu Vishal and Mamitha Baiju in the lead, have dropped the first single titled 'Vellichudare'.

The melody number, composed by Dhibu Ninan Thomas, is penned by Madrashe and is rendered by Kapil Kapilan. Irandu Vaanam marks the third collaboration between filmmaker Ramkumar and Vishnu Vishal, following Mundasupatti and Ratsasan. The film marks the first collaboration between Vishnu and Mamitha. She has acted in six Tamil films, including Irandu Vaanam.

Joining Ramkumar in the technical crew are music composer Dhibu Ninan Thomas, cinematographer Dinesh K Babu, editor San Lokesh, art director A Gopi Anand, and stunt choreographer Vicky.

Ramkumar is returning to direction almost seven years after Ratsasan (2018). Meanwhile, Vishnu Vishal, last seen in Aaryan, has Mohandas and Gatta Kusthi 2 in the pipeline. Sathya Jyothi Films is producing Irandu Vaanam. Meanwhile, Mamitha Baiju, last seen in Dude, is awaiting the release of Jana Nayagan, Kara, and Vishwanath & Sons.
