Violence, crime and bloodshed fill frames of Vijay Milton's upcoming film Gods and Soldiers. A teaser-cum-trailer titled 'Traiser', which was released by the makers revealed a world where young school children were involved in violent crimes. As they grow up, they are pulled into a bigger network of similar and deadlier crimes that draw attention of police officials. But the gritty world goes deeper than they could have imagined.

The film is billed to be set in the world of Vijay Milton’s Goli Soda and promises to carry forward the Goli Soda tradition of portraying struggles, resilience, and human spirit with raw realism and emotional power.

Among the major names seen in the traiser were Raj Tarun, Sunil, Vedan, Bharath, Aari, Ammu Abhirami, Kishore, Jeffery, Bharath Sreeni, Paal Dabba, and Vijetha. Vedan is making his Tamil debut with this film, while Paal Dabba will make his acting debut. Aari Arujunan will be seen in the role of a cop in the film. Vedan will also be singing in this upcoming film.

Besides directing, Vijay Milton also serves as the cinematographer, producer and writer of the film. He also edits along with Dinesh Bala. Sam CS is the music composer. A Tamil-Telugu bilingual, the film is backed by Rough Note Productions. A release date is yet to be set for Gods and Soldiers.

Raj Tarun was last seen in Paanch Minar and is known for films such as Uyyaa Jampala, Kumar 21F and Cinema Choopistha Mava. Vijay Milton has previously directed films with Vikram in Tamil and Shivarajkumar in Kannada, in addition to the two Goli Soda films.
