We recently reported that the third schedule of Vishal's next film, Magudam, was underway in Ooty and that the female lead, Dushara Vijayan, had completed her scenes.

Vishal, in his latest social media post, announced that the production has now moved to T. Rajendar's TR Gardens in Chennai. The multi-hyphenate filmmaker has visited the sets and met with Vishal and the Magudam team. Vishal wrote that he feels blessed with T Rajendhar's presence and reminisced, saying this was where the filming of Mark Antony took place.

While it is unclear which scenes will be filmed in the studio, Vishal stated, "Let the action begin today," indicating that stunt sequences are planned.

Magudam, directed by Ravi Arasu, marks the first collaboration between Vishal and Dushara. Dushara was last seen in SU Arunkumar's Veera Dheera Sooran: Part 2, opposite Vikram. Apart from Vishal and Dushara, the film also stars Yogi Babu and Anjali.

The creators of Magudam released a poster showcasing Vishal in three different looks. The director said that Magudam will be a gangster film, and intense in the lines of his earlier oeuvres, Ayngaran and Eetti.

This film marks the 99th production feature of the popular Super Good Films banner.

Magudam's music will be composed by GV Prakash, who is joining hands with the actor for the second time after Mark Antony. Richard M Nathan is responsible for cinematography, Srikanth NB manages the edits, and G Durairaj serves as the production designer.
