Ajith's Attahasam set for a re-release after 21 years

Ajith's 2004 action film Attahasam, directed by Saran is all set for a re-release in theatres. The film, which stars Ajith in dual roles as Jeeva and Guru, is scheduled to hit theatres on October 31.

Originally produced by Vijayam Cine Combines, Attahasam is being re-released through IFPA Max Productions, headed by Indian Film and digital Producers Association (IFPA) President Priya Nair.

The film also stars Pooja while Sujatha, Nizhalgal Ravi, Babu Antony, Karunas, and Ramesh Khanna play key roles. It had music by Bharadwaj with cinematography by Venkatesh Anguraj and editing by Suresh Urs.

Attahasam remains one of Ajith’s most celebrated commercial entertainers, known for its gripping action, energetic soundtrack, and his commanding screen presence. The film was widely appreciated upon release and still holds a special place in the hearts of fans today.

Ajith, who is currently juggling both his film and racing commitments, was last seen in Adhik Ravichandran's Good Bad Ugly.
