Kavin goes ‘yikes’ every time he sees a couple kiss or be intimate with each other. But what happens when he falls in love with a girl? The trailer for Kavin’s Kiss was unveiled by the makers of Tuesday. Also starring Preethi Asrani, the film is slated for a September 19 release. 

The trailer shows Kavin's character having an aversion towards romance and a mindset that only downfall is caused by love. However, things start to change when Preethi Asrani comes into his life. Meanwhile, it is also established that he is able to predict the future of a relationship when he looks at a couple kissing. Heartbreak, relationship problems and a huge load of comedy are promised by the rest of the film's trailer.

Kiss marks the directorial debut of choreographer Sathish Krishnan and also stars Mirchi Vijay, VTV Ganesh, Devayani, Prabhu, Rao Ramesh and Sakthi Raj in prominent roles. Kavin's sixth as an actor, the film has music composed by Jen Martin, cinematography handled by Harish Kannan and editing by RC Pranav. Mugil and R Savarimuthu are collaborating with him for additional dialogues.

Kavin had two releases last year: Star and Bloody Beggar. In addition to Kiss, he has Mask and Hi, by debut directors Vikarnan Ashok and Vishnu Edavan, respectively, in the pipeline. Kiss releases alongside Vijay Antony's Shakthi Thirumagan in theatres. Preethi Asrani, who made her Tamil debut with Ayothi (2023), was last seen in Election (2024).

Sathish Krishnan is a National Award-winning choreographer who recently bagged the award for Best Choreography for the 'Megham Karukatha' song in Dhanush and Nithya Menen's Thiruchitrambalam.
