Earlier we reported that actor Ken Karunaas is making his directorial debut. Now the makers of the film has announced through a comical promotional video, that GV Prakash Kumar will compose music for the upcoming film.

GV Prakash Kumar has composed music for two films that Ken has been a part of. The first one being Ken's breakthrough and the Vetri Maaran directorial, Asuran, starring Dhanush in the lead. The second was Venky Atluri's Vaathi, which also starred Dhanush. For Vaathi, GV Prakash won the National Award for Best Music Direction. In a quirky callback to one of GV Prakash's earlier film compositions, the promotional video features the theme from Vetri Maaran's Polladhavan, once again starring Dhanush in the lead.

While the rest of the cast is yet to be announced, the promotions for the film hint at the story being set in a school. The theme of education, which isn't unfamiliar for films with Ken, seems to be continuing with this film too.

Ken, Vignesh Srikanth, and Eshwar Santhanalakshmi are writing lyrics for the film. The crew of the film includes Viki as the cinematographer, Nash as the editor, and Ramu Thangaraj as the editor.

The upcoming film is produced by Karuppiah C Ram, Sulochana Kumar, and Kali Rajkumar. Paarvathaa Entertainments and Street Boy Studios are producing the film, tentaively dubbed Production No 1.

The makers have announced that the next update for the film will be released on October 23.
