The team behind the upcoming film Niram, starring Mugen Rao, Preethi Asrani, and Tanya Hope, has unveiled the project’s first-look poster following recent announcements regarding the cast and the title poster. The film is directed by Krishna Balaram.

Inspired by real-life events, Niram also features Nitin Sathyaa, Surekha Vani, Suresh Chakravarthi, Sreejith Ravi, Thirunavukarasu, and Gajaraj in pivotal roles. The project is produced by KSquare Cinemas and co-produced by P Rajesh. Plot details and an official release date are yet to be announced.

D Imman has been signed on to compose the film’s music, while the technical crew includes Santanio Terzio as cinematographer, Sabu Joseph handling editing, and Dhamodharan overseeing art direction.

Mugen Rao, who was last seen in Jinn – The Pet opposite Bhavya Trikha, continues to expand his filmography with this new venture. Preethi Asrani has had a busy year, with back-to-back releases in Kiss (Tamil) and Balti (Malayalam), and she is currently working on Killer, directed by and starring SJ Suryah. Tanya Hope was last seen in Sundar C’s Vallaan and has Golmaal in the pipeline.
