After announcing a host of cast members, the makers of Mugen Rao and Preethi Asrani’s upcoming film have unveiled its title poster. Directed by Krishna Balaram, the project has been titled Niram. Tanya Hope also plays a lead role in the film.

Inspired by true events, Niram also stars Nitin Sathyaa, Surekha Vani, Suresh Chakravarthi, Sreejith Ravi, Thirunavukarasu and Gajaraj in prominent roles. D Imman is onboard as the composer for the project. Plot details and a release date for the film are yet to be revealed by the team.

The technical team of the film comprises cinematographer Santanio Terzio, editor Sabu Joseph, and art director Dhamodharan. It is backed by KSquare Cinemas and co-produced by P Rajesh.

Mugen Rao was last seen in Jinn - The Pet opposite Bhavya Trikha, which was written, directed, and produced by TR Bala. Preethi Asrani has been having an eventful year in her career as she had two back-to-back releases with Kiss in Tamil and Balti in Malayalam. Up next, she is working on Killer, with SJ Suryah headlining and directing. Tanya Hope was last seen in Sundar C's Vallaan.
