My Dear Sister is expected to revolve around the sibling bond

The makers of Arulnithi and Mamta Mohandas' upcoming film announced that it has been titled My Dear Sister through a title announcement video on Tuesday. The actors play the brother (Pachai Krishnan) and sister (Nirmala Devi) in the movie.

My Dear Sister is helmed by Prabhu Jeyaram, who has previously made Yennanga Sir Unga Sattam.

Produced by Sudhan Sundaram (Passion Studios) and Manish Shah (Goldmines Telefilms), My Dear Sister is expected to revolve around the sibling bond. The movie marks the first collaboration between the lead actors and the director. It also stars Meenakshi Govindarajan.

The film’s technical side has music composer Nivas K Prasanna, editor Venkat Raajen, cinematographer Vetrivel Mahendran, art director K Arusamy, and stunt choreographer Ganesh.

Arulnithi was recently seen in Rambo, which was released on Sun NXT on October 10. The sports drama film was directed by Muthaiya. He will also be seen in the third installment of the hit horror franchise Demonte Colony, directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu. Meanwhile, Mamta Mohandas made her previous appearance alongside Vijay Sethupathi in Maharaja (2024).
