‘Kallaliye Kallaliye’ song from Soori’s Maaman is yet another ode to the brother-sister bond

The bond between a brother and sister is always celebrated on screen, and the latest song from Maaman, ‘Kallaliye Kallaliye’, is yet another that acts as an ode to that relationship. Featuring Soori and Swasika, the song is heartwarmingly rendered by the film’s composer, Hesham Abdul Wahab along with Sharanya Srinivas. Vivek and Eknath have penned the lyrics to the song, which will soon be added to the list of songs that celebrate the sibling connection.

Helmed by Prasanth Pandiyaraj, Maaman also stars Aishwarya Lekshmi, Rajkiran, Vimal, Baba Baskar, Master Prageeth Sivan, Bala Saravanan, Jaya Prakash, Viji Chandrasekar, Geetha Kailasam, Chaya Devi, Nikhila Sankar, and Kalaivani Bhaskar.

Lark Studios’ K Kumar, who previously backed Soori’s Garudan, is the producer of Maaman, which will feature cinematography by Dinesh Purushothaman and editor Ganesh Shiva. The film is slated for release on May 16 in theatres and will compete with DD Next Level and Eleven at the box office.
