Kamal Haasan pays rich tributes to his brother Chandra Haasan

Chandra Haasan passed away in March 18, 2017, when he was 81

Actor-politician Kamal Haasan, on Tuesday, paid tributes to his late brother Chandra Haasan on his death anniversary.

The actor wrote on his X, saying that Chandra Haasan has held his hand and guided him with his words. He added that the huge age gap between them always made him look like a father figure to him. He further said the experiences and lessons of his will forever stay in his memory.

Chandra Haasan served as the producer in Raaj Kamal Films International, which has delivered Kamal's iconic hits such as Raja Paarvai (1981), Sathya (1988), Apoorva Sagodharargal (1989), Thevar Magan (1992), Kuruthipunal (1995), and Virumaandi (2004). Apart from Raja Paarvai, he has also starred in films Indira (1995), Hey Ram (2000), and Appathava Aattaya Pottutanga (2021), which was his posthumous release.
