Choreographer Sandy is all smiles as the high-octane track 'Monica' from Lokesh Kanagaraj's Coolie continues to set screens on fire. Taking to Instagram, Sandy shared his joy over the overwhelming response the song has received and thanked fans for embracing it with such enthusiasm.

“Monica Belluciiii!!! Thank you all for loving the 'Monica' song so dearly!” he wrote, posting a video of the track playing to an enthusiastic audience in theatres. Calling the number a “bomber hit,” Sandy said he was thrilled to be a part of the vibrant dance number featuring Soubin Shahir and Pooja Hegde.

The choreographer had high praise for the duo, who brought infectious energy to the screen. “We’ve always known Soubin Shahir sir, for his phenomenal acting, and now we get to witness his fiery dance moves too! And thank you, Pooja Hegde ma’am, for doing 'Monica'—you’re such a stylish and stunning dancer. It was a great experience working with you,” he said.

Sandy also expressed his admiration for composer Anirudh Ravichander, calling him a “rockstar” and adding, “You proved it again! So glad to be associated with you once more.”

He went on to thank director Lokesh Kanagaraj for placing his trust in him and gave a shoutout to the film’s cinematographer, Girish Gangadharan. “Without your visuals, 'Monica' wouldn’t have felt this electrifying on screen,” he noted. Wrapping up his note, Sandy extended his gratitude to Sun Pictures and the entire Coolie team.

Featuring Rajinikanth in the lead, Coolie boasts a powerhouse ensemble cast including Nagarjuna, Upendra, Sathyaraj, and Soubin Shahir. The film also marks a special cameo by Aamir Khan, alongside actors Reba Monica John, and Junior MGR in pivotal roles.
