As Coolie will be arriving on August 14, the first single from the film's album, 'Chikitu', was released recently. Now the makers have released a behind-the-scenes video that shows the making for the song's video.
The video starts with a montage of the making, and then shifts to Anirudh translating some lines of the song into English. The BTS also shows actor-choreographer Sandy directing some shots. Towards the end we see T Rajhendherr with Anirudh and Sandy, as all three dance to Anirudh's tunes.
Coolie is written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, in his fourth collaboration with Anirudh after Master, Vikram, and Leo. 'Chikitu' is also the second time that rapper Arivu has performed for a song that features in a film by Lokesh.
The cast for the film includes Nagarjuna, Sathyaraj, Upendra, Soubin Shahir, and Shruthi Haasan, amongst others. Pooja Hegde and Aamir Khan will also make cameo appearances in Coolie.
