The makers of Telugu actor Roopa Koduvayur's Tamil debut, Yamakaathaghi, announced that the film will be releasing in theatres on March 7.

The announcement regarding the release of the film, described as having a "story that will question your conscience and will shake your hearts," came on Saturday.

Roopa, who is known for her roles in Uma Mahesawara Ugra Roopasya and Mr Pregnant, also has Sarangapani Jathakam, which awaits a release date.

Billed as a supernatural thriller, Yamakaathaghi is directed by Peppin George Jayaseelan and produced by Sujith Sarang and Sreejith Sarang under their banner, the Sarang Brothers. Apart from bankrolling the film, the brothers duo will also be handling the cinematography and edits, respectively.

Apart from Roopa, the film stars Narendra Prasath, Haritha, Geetha Kailasam and Subash Ramasamy.
