Actor Karthi, who is busy with the promotional events for his upcoming film, Vaa Vaathiyaar, directed by Nalan Kumarasamy, spilled the beans on who he could be collaborating with next.

During the promotional event of the film, he revealed that Saripodhaa Sanivaaram director Vivek Athreya has narrated him a script and praised him as a good writer, and is looking forward to the next narration.

Billed as an action-comedy entertainer, Vaa Vaathiyaar marks the first collaboration between Karthi and Nalan. Karthi is playing a cop who is an ardent fan of MGR in Vaa Vaathiyaar. The film, which features Krithi Shetty in the lead role, also stars Rajkiran, Sathyaraj, Anandaraj, Karunakaran, GM Sundar, Shilpa Manjunath, and Ramesh Thilak in pivotal roles.
