Mahasenha Trailer: Vemal plays a village's protector and elephant caretaker in spiritual actioner

Production on Mahasenha Volume - 1 has been completed, and the film is slated for a December 12 release in theatres

A while ago, the makers of Mahasenha Volume - 1, starring Vemal in the lead role, dropped the first trailer for the film that is around three minutes long. The film, directed by Dhinesh Kalaiselvan, has multiple plot threads, including one that follows Vemal's character, who takes care of an elephant in a village, another involving trekkers from a college, and another featuring Marco and Vedalam fame Kabir Duhan Singh as the antagonist. In a recent conversation with us, director Dhinesh said that there are three or four planned volumes in Mahasenha, that Vemal only stars in the first volume, and that he has written a prequel to it as well.

The film stars John Vijay in the role of a forest officer and Yogi Babu in a comedy track as well. Mahima Gupta, Srushti Dange, Vijay Siyon, Alfred Jose, and Shubhangi.

On the technical front, it has composer A Praveen Kumar, cinematographer Manas Babhu DR, stunt choreographer Ram Kumar, editor Nagooran Ramachandran, and background score composer Uday Prakash. Backed by Marudham Productions, Mahasenha is set to hit theatres also with dubs in Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu.
