Actor Dulquer Salmaan unveiled the trailer of late actor Daniel Balaji's starrer RPM on Wednesday.

The trailer glimpse has a police squad headed by a female cop, played by Kalpana Raghavendar, pursuing a nefarious packers and movers team led by Daniel Balaji that commits burglary and murders in the residence of their clients and in some unexplained way goes about their business with every other client without getting caught. The film is expected to follow how the Kalpana Raghavendar's cop hunts down the criminals.

In an earlier conversation with CE, the film's director, Prasad Prabhakar, said, "RPM is a suspense thriller based on criminals operating under the guise of packers and movers. We are selective about who gets access to our bedroom and bathroom. But among those who can enter are the packers and movers. What if their intentions are not good? That is the crux of the film."

He also added that he has already planned a sequel to the film that will explore the origins of why Daniel Balaji's character does what he does in the first part.

Backed by singer Kalpana Raghavendra, RPM also features Kovai Sarala, YG Mahendran, Ilavarasu, and Devadarshini in key roles. The film’s technical crew includes music composer Sebastian Rozario, editor Antony, and cinematographer Aniyan Chitrasala.

The film is yet to get a release date.
