The second single from GV Prakash's Idimuzhakkam, directed by Seenu Ramasamy has been released by the makers. Titled 'Kaana Vilakku Mayile', the energetic folk number has been crooned by Antony Dasan, with lyrics written by Vairamuthu and composed by NR Raghunanthan. The song was released by Arya and Vijay Sethupathi on their social media handles. The first single 'Adi Theni Santhaiyil' was released by the makers a year ago.

The film, which was wrapped up in September 2021, stars Gayathrie Shankar as a nurse opposite GV Prakash who plays a meat shop owner. Ganja Karuppu, Saranya Ponvannan, MS Bhaskar, Baba Bhaskar and Kayal Devaraj among others play pivotal roles.

Backed by Kalaimagan Mubarak of Skyman Films International, the action thriller set in a rural backdrop, is based on a story written by acclaimed writer Jeyamohan.

Apart from Raghunanthan, the technical team has cinematography by AR Ashok Kumar, editing by Sangathamizhan and art direction by Kali. Premkumar.

Idimuzhakkam is slated for a release in theatres in May.
