Coming latest in Rajinikanth starrer Vettaiyan's character announcements, actor Kishore will be seen as Harish in the film.

The glimpse shows him as the top cop; he could be a police commissioner who is always in a serious zone.

The character reveal of the roles played by Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan, Fahadh Faasil, and Abhirami was dropped earlier. Notably, Big B is reuniting with Rajinikanth for Vettaiyan for the first time in 33 years, after their previous collaboration Hum (1991).

The film's audio and prevue were launched recently in Chennai. The glimpse suggests that the film will discuss extrajudicial killings by police officers.

On the technical crew, Vettaiyan has music by Anirudh. This marks Anirudh's fourth collaboration with Rajinikanth. Other members include cinematographer SR Kathir and editor Philomin Raj.

Vettaiyan is scheduled to hit theaters on October 10 in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada.
