After its audio launch, the makers of Jayam Ravi's Brother have released the first teaser of the upcoming film. The one-minute-long glimpse showcases the character of Jayam Ravi as Karthik. Directed by M Rajesh, Brother is scheduled to hit theatres on the festive occasion of Diwali.

When a relative asks what his aim is, he replies that he wants to eat a hearty meal three times a day, sleep without any disturbances and speak his mind. The rest of the video showcases the lives and characters of the supporting actors in the film. Priyanka Mohan as Archana plays Jayam Ravi's love interest.

The film's supporting cast includes Bhoomika Chawla, Saranya Ponvannan, VTV Ganesh, Natty, Seetha, Achyuth Kumar, MS Bhaskar, Rao Ramesh, and Suresh Chakravarthy. Plot details for the film are currently under wraps.

Brother has music by Harris Jayaraj in his fourth collaboration with Ravi after Dhaam Dhoom (2008), Engeyum Kadhal (2011) and Vanamagan (2017) and second with Rajesh Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (2012).

The technical crew of the film comprises cinematographer Vivekanand Santhosham and editor Abisish Joseph. Brother is produced under the banner of Screen Scene Media Entertainment.

Upon release, Brother will clash with Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran and Kavin's Bloddy Beggar at the box office.
