Master-fame actor Mahendran's next has been titled Pulse. The title look poster of the film was unveiled by the makers on Friday. A survival thriller the film is directed by Naveen Ganesh, who has previously helmed Echo (2023).

Pulse also stars Rishika Kapoor, RV Udhayakumar, Pazha Karuppaiah, TM Karthik, Cool Suresh, and Kumki Ashwin among others. The shooting for the film has been wrapped and the postproduction work is currently underway.

Pulse has been shot in and around Chennai and boasts a technical crew comprising cinematographer Ravi Varma and music composer Abishek AR. Presented by Azhagar Raj Jayabalan under the Global Pictures banner, Pulse is scheduled to hit theatres in October.

Meanwhile, Mahendren, who was last seen in Amigo Garage, has debutant Sam Rodrigues' Musasi and Lokesh Kanagaraj's Rajinikanth vehicle, Coolie, in the pipeline.
