The makers of Raghava Lawrence's 25th film, with director Ramesh Varma, announced the film's title on Tuesday, on the occasion of the actor's birthday. The film has been titled Kaala Bhairava.

Ramesh Varma has previously helmed Rakshasudu and Khiladi. The film is billed to be an epic action adventure and a pan-Indian superhero film. Raghava is seen in a very fierce look, while the background features religious elements like a snake and the Kala Bhairava idol. 

Kaala Bhairava is produced by Koneru Satyanaratana under his A Studios LLP in collaboration with Neeladri Productions and Hawwish Productions. This is the third time the producer is joining hands with Ramesh Varma after Rakshasudu and Khiladi.

The shoot for Kaala Bhairava commences in November 2024, and the makers are planning for a summer 2025 release. The film is expected to be made both in Tamil and Telugu.

Apart from this film, Raghava Lawrence also has Adhigaaram—directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar, written by Vetrimaaran, and produced by S Kathiresan of Five Star Creations LLP banner—and Bakkiyaraj Kannan's Benz, bankrolled by Lokesh Kanagaraj under different stages of production.
