Vemal and Yogi Babu wrap filming for Abdul Majith's next directorial

Filmmaker Abdul Majith, who made his directorial debut with Vijay's Thamizhan in 2002, has wrapped filming for his next directorial. The film, which is billed to be an out-and-out comedy, stars Vemal and Yogi Babu in lead roles. The yet-to-be-titled film is currently in post-production. 

This film tells the story of various events, both good and bad, that occur because of brokers. Champika stars as the female lead alongside Vemal. Supporting cast also includes MS Bhaskar, Ravi Maria, Rajendran, John Vijay, Chaams, Namo Narayanan, Gnanasambandam, Power Star, and Ranganathan.

Filming took place in Chennai and surrounding areas over 55 days. The technical crew includes cinematographer K Gokul, editor AR Sivaram, music composers Baiju Jacob and EJ Johnson, executive producer M. Thenarasu, and creative organization head Baskar. Abdul Majith has also produced the film under his Confident Film Cafe banner.
