The makers of Karthi-Arvind Swami's Meiyazhagan released the 'Poraen Naa Poraen' lyric video on Tuesday.

The number, composed by Govind Vasantha, is sung by Vijaynarain and Kamal Haasan, while the lyrics is penned by Umadevi.

Meiyazhagan also stars Rajkiran, Saran Shakthi, Swathi Konde, Devadarshini, Jayaprakash, Sri Ranjani, Ilavarasu, Karunakaran, Saran, Rachel Rebecca, Anthony, Rajkumar, Indumati, Rani Samyukta, Kayal Subramani, and Ashok Pandian.

Meiyazhagan opened to majorly positive reviews upon its release on September 27. Our CE review of the film read, "Meiyazhagan beautifully captures the cyclical, rewarding nature of goodness and how healing begets healing."

Meiyazhagan is produced by Suriya and Jyotika under their 2D Entertainment banner. The film has cinematography by Mahendran Jayaraju and editing by R Govindraj. The film reunites Govind Vasantha and Prem Kumar after their blockbuster soundtrack in 96.
