'Arul Mei' from Karthi-Arvind Swami's Meiyazhagan out

The makers of Karthi-Arvind Swami-led Meiyazhagan dropped the lyrical video of 'Arul Mei' on Wednesday.

The number with an uneven pace is about one character wondering about who the other character really is; he brings a fresh perspective about life, unknown to him till now. 'Arul Mei' composed and sung by Govind Vasantha is written by Karthik Netha and Arvind Swami has lent his voice for the narration part.

Meiyazhagan also stars Rajkiran, Saran Shakthi, Swathi Konde, Devadarshini, Jayaprakash, Sri Ranjani, Ilavarasu, Karunakaran, Saran, Rachel Rebecca, Anthony, Rajkumar, Indumati, Rani Samyukta, Kayal Subramani, and Ashok Pandian.

Meiyazhagan is produced by Suriya and Jyotika under their 2D Entertainment banner. The film has cinematography by Mahendran Jayaraju and editing by R Govindraj. The film reunites Govind Vasantha and Prem Kumar after their blockbuster soundtrack in 96.
