Actor Ramya Pandian tied the knot with her longtime partner Lovel Dhawan, a yoga instructor and a life coach in Rishikesh near the Ganges river. The actor shared pictures from her destination wedding and said, "Tied our souls by the Ganges, where our journey began. Forever blessed."

The wedding was attended by their close friends and family. Ramya Pandian's uncle and veteran actor Arun Pandian, her cousin Keerthi Pandian and Ashok Selvan were also present at the intimate wedding.

Actor Ramya Pandian rose to fame with her stint in the popular Tamil reality show Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 where she won the third runner-up position. She also participated in the cooking reality TV show Cooku with Comali season 1 where she won the second runner-up position.

The actor made her debut with the 2015 film Dummy Tappasu. She then went on to do notable leading roles in Joker, Raame Aandalum Raavane Aandalum and the 2023 critically acclaimed film Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam.
