The makers of The Akaali, starring Swayam Siddha in the lead, unveiled the first single, titled 'Por Sellum Maanida' from the film, on Tuesday. Composed by Anish Mohan, the song has vocals by Kapil Kapilan and lyrics by Karuppu. 

Written and directed by Mohamed Asif Hameed, The Akaali also stars Nasser, Vinoth Kishan, Arjai, Jayakumar, Thalaivasal Vijay, Vinothini, Yamini, Dharani Reddy, and Elavarasan. 

The Akaali is produced by P Ukesh Varaan under the PBS Productions banner. It has cinematography by Giri Murphy, music by Anish Mohan, stunts by Dinesh Kasi, and editing and VFX by Iniyavan Pandian.

The Akaali is all set to hit theatres on May 31 and will be released alongside films like Garudan, Hit List and Bujji at Anupatti.
