The makers of Garudan, unveiled the trailer for the film, at a trailer and audio launch event in Chennai, on Tuesday. The film stars Soori, Unni Mukundan and Sasikumar in lead roles, and is written and directed by R.S.Durai Senthilkumar. 

The trailer shows Soori as Chokan a confidant of Adhi (Unni Mukundan). Adhi and Karuna (Sasikumar) are childhood friends who will sacrifice their lives for each other. However, their dynamics become ambiguous when Chokan comes into the picture. 

Garudan also stars Samuthrakani, R V Udayakumar, Dushyanth, Vadivukkarasi, Mime Gopi, Sshivada, Roshini Haripriyan, Revathi Sharma and Brigida Saga. 

Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed music for the film. Garudan also has cinematography by Arthur A Wilson and editing by Pradeep E Raghav. The film is being produced by K Kumar under his banner Lark Studios. Garudan is all set to hit theatres on May 31.
