Kannada actor announced he would star alongside Yogi Babu in his first Tamil film Sannidhanam PO.

The film, headlined by Yogi Babu, follows a mother who goes missing when her son was a child.

Sharing the update on his instagram handle, Roopesh wrote in Kannada thanking fans for their encouragement and blessing which led him to land his first Tamil film. He added he is proud to be acting alongside "Tamil superstar comedian" Yogi Babu. Roopesh took to the social media to announce his part in the film that has been in the making since November 2023.

Sannidhanam PO, directed by Amutha Sarathy, is being made in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Malayalam. The film is set at the backdrop of Sabarimala.
