Earlier this week, we reported the disagreement between RK Suresh and Yuvan Shankar Raja with regard to the film Then Mavattam. While RK Suresh had announced Yuvan as the music composer for his directorial debut, Then Mavattam, Yuvan had denied the same. Later Suresh reminded Yuvan of signing a contract for the film.

On Wednesday, RK Suresh took to his official X handle to share further share an update regarding the issue. Sharing an old photo with Yuvan Shankar Raja, the actor, producer and director wrote in Tamil, "A new music composer for Then Mavattam will be announced soon." He also tagged Yuvan's account in the film.

Producer and actor, RK Suresh is making his writing and directorial debut with Then Mavattam. He is also starring in the upcoming film. Other details such as the plot, cast, and crew of Then Mavattam are yet to be announced by the makers.

On the work front, RK Suresh was last seen in Thugs. He currently has Kaduvetty in the pipeline. Yuvan Shankar Raja has films such as Greatest Of All Times, Gangs of Godavari, Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, Garudan, Star, and Mr Zoo Keeper in various stages of production.
