The makers of Quotation Gang, the upcoming Tamil film, announced on Monday, that the film has cleared censorship formalities with an A certificate. The film stars Jackie Shroff, Sunny Leone, Priyamani, and Sara Arjun, in lead roles.

Previously, the makers unveiled a teaser for the film which promises to be dark, gritty and violent, focusing on quotation gang members carrying on their tasks. Quotation Gang is expected to be a hyperlink crime drama and is written and directed by Vivek K Kannan.

Quotation Gang was shot across Kashmir, Mumbai and Chennai by cinematographer Arun Bathmanaban, and has music by Drums Sivamani and editing by KJ Venkataraman. The film also stars Ashraf Mallissery, Jaya Prakash, Akshaya, Pradeep Kumar, Vishno Warrior, Sonal Khilwani, Kiara, Satinder, and Sherin.

A release date for Quotation Gang is yet to be announced, but it was previously announced that the film will hit big screens in July. The film will be released in Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, and Telugu as well.
