Actor Atharvaa, who will next be seen in DNA, has begun dubbing for the film.

Makers have released pictures of the pooja before formally starting the dubbing process. The first look of the film was released in May.

Earlier, while speaking to CE, director of the film Nelson Venkatesan said DNA too will belong to the drama genre on the lines of his earlier outings, Oru Naal Koothu, Monster, and Farhana.

DNA is directed and written by Nelson Venkatesan, with Athisha Vino being the co-writer. The film is bankrolled by Olympia Movies' Ambethkumar. Part of the technical crew are cinematographer Parthiban, editor VJ Sabu Joseph, and stunt director Don Ashok. Besides Atharvaa and Nimisha, Ramesh Thilak and Balaji Sakthivel play crucial roles in the film.

The film went on floors in October last year. Makers are yet to lock a release date, but DNA is expected to hit screens soon.

Atharvaa, who was last seen in Pattathu Arasan, also has Address, Thanal, and Nirangal Moondru in different stages of production.
