Earlier, we had reported that actor Anjali is set to star in an upcoming Tamil film titled Eegai. On Sunday, the film's makers revealed a new poster featuring Anjali in celebration of the actor's birthday.

The new poster showcases Anjali in a bureaucratic office setting, gazing directly at the camera.

Written and directed by Ashok Velayutham, Eegai marks Anjali's 50th film. The film also stars actor Santhosh Prathap in a significant role.

Produced by D3 Productions and Green Amusement Productions, the film has cinematography by Sridhar G, music by Dharan Kumar, and editing by Srikanth.

Meanwhile, Anjali, who was last seen in the Telugu film Gangs of Godavari, has a slew of films in the pipeline, including Shankar's Game Changer, starring Ram Charan, SJ Suryah, Nassar, and Kiara Advani in lead roles, and Anandha Bhairavi, alongside, Thrigun and Raai Laxmi, among others
