Vijay Sethupathi's cameo performance in Turbo revealed

The film is directed by Vysakh from a screenplay by Midhun Manuel Thomas, whose last film Abraham Ozler includes a surprise cameo from Mammootty

The makers of Turbo have revealed that Vijay Sethupathi played a small part in the latest Mammootty starrer. The production house, MammoottyKampany shared a poster featuring Mammootty with Sethupathi and thanked the latter for his involvement in the film. Sethupathi does not physically appear in the film, but it involves his voice in an open-ended climax. Turbo ends with the potential for a sequel with Vijay Sethupathi's voice. The film also features Kannada star Raj B Shetty, Anjana Jayaprakash, Telugu star Sunil, and Bindu Panicker, among others.

The makers of Ozler first denied the speculation that Mammootty is part of the film in a cameo role, only to surprise the audience with the revelation that he is the titular character.

Sethupathi will next be seen in Maharaja, which will release in theatres on June 14.
