Days after it was reported by several news outlets that actor Ajith Kumar will be teaming up with KGF director Prashanth Neel for a film, which will lead to KGF 3, the actor's manager has refuted the same.

According to a Hindustan Times report, Ajith's manager Suresh Chandra said that the actor and the director did meet each other, but no discussion about film took place.

He said, "These rumours have come online. It is not true. It's true that Ajith sir and Prashanth Neel met. They exchanged pleasantries and have the highest regard for each other but no film was discussed when they met. I would love to see Ajith with Prashanth sir but I don't see anything happening in the near future," according to Hindustan Times.

Reports emerged a few days ago that actor Ajith will star in a Prashanth Neel film, which will be a standalone feature leading to KGF 3. Those reports further stated that the project will be launched in 2025, with Vijay Kirgandur bankrolling it.

Ajith right now is focused on the release of Magizh Thirumeni's Vidaa Muyarchi, whose shoot wrapped recently, which also stars Trisha, Arjun Sarja, Arav, and Regina Cassandra, among others. He also has Adhik Ravichandran's directorial venture, Good Bad Ugly, in the pipeline.
