The makers of Soori's superhit film Garudan have released the first volume of the original score.

Written and directed by RS Durai Senthilkumar, the film also stars Sasikumar and Unni Mukundan in the lead roles. The film hit theatres on May 31 and opened to positive reviews. The film began streaming on Amazon Prime Video on July 3.

Sasikumar and Unni Mukundan play childhood friends in Garudan, Karuna and Adhi, who are willing to make great sacrifices for each other. The arrival of Chokan (Soori) into their lives casts an element of ambiguity over their relationship.

Garudan also stars Samuthrakani, Dushyanth, RV Udayakumar, Vadivukkarasi, Sshivada, Mime Gopi, Roshini Haripriyan, Brigida Saga, and Revathi Sharma.

Garudan has cinematography by Arthur A Wilson, music by Yuvan Shankar Raja, and editing by Pradeep E Raghav. Garudan is produced by K Kumar under his Lark Studios banner.
