We had earlier reported that director Vignesh Shivan is collaborating with actor-filmmaker Pradeep Ranganathan for his next titled LIC - Love Insurance Corporation. The film, which was annouced last year, ran into trouble after a notice was sent to the makers of the film on behalf of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC)—the insurance and investment company—prohibiting them from using the title for the film.

Now, director Vignesh Shivan has announced that a new title and first look poster for the film will be unveiled on July 25 at midnight. The film also stars Krithi Shetty as the female lead and SJ Suryah in a pivotal role.

It is to be noted that the film will be the first time Vignesh, Pradeep and Krithi are working with each other. The yet-to-be-titled film will be backed by Seven Screen Studio and Rowdy Pictures. Notably, Vignesh and Seven Screen Studio earlier worked in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal.

The music for the film will be scored by Anirudh Ravichander, a regular collaborator of the director. The film will also have Yogi Babu playing as the comedian. The technical crew consists of Pradeep Ragav as the editor and cinematographer Ravi Varman.
