Makers of Ajith's action thriller Vidaa Muyarchi have released the third look of the film. While the earlier looks featured Ajith in the middle of some intense action sequence, the third look has him with Trisha on a dinner date kind of a laid-back situation.

The duo is pairing up for the fifth time and the first time in almost a decade. They have paired up in Ji (2005), Kireedam (2007), Mankatha (2011), and Yennai Arindhaal (2015).

The upcoming film, billed as a thriller, is written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni and is backed by Lyca Productions. The film will also reportedly star Trisha, Arjun Sarja, and Regina Cassandra.

The shooting for Vidaa Muyarchi began in October 2023. The film was initially supposed to be helmed by Vignesh Shivan, who was later replaced by Magizh Thirumeni.

The technical crew of Vidaa Muyarchi includes cinematographer Nirav Shah, editor NB Srikanth, and music composer Anirudh Ravichander. The film's post-theatrical digital rights have been bagged by Netflix.

Ajith is also simultaneously filming Good Bad Ugly, directed by Adhik Ravichandran. While the Magizh Thirumeni film is yet to get a release date, the actor's 63rd film is planned for a Pongal release in 2025.
