'Aaraathi Aaraathi' song from Petta Rap to be out on this date

The makers of Prabhu Deva's Petta Rap announced on Tuesday that the second single from the film, titled 'Aaraathi Aaraathi' will be unveiled on Wednesday at 4 pm. D Imman is the music composer for the upcoming film, which also stars Vedhika in the lead.

Previously, the makers unveiled the first single titled Athirattum Dum Dum Dum'. The song is crooned by D Imman and Deepthi Suresh with lyrics by Viveka.

Written by Dinil PK, Petta Rap marks the Tamil debut of SJ Sinu, who is known for directing Malayalam films like Theru (2023) and Djibouti (2021). Bagavathi Perumal, Vivek Prasanna, Ramesh Thilak, Mime Gopi and Riyaz Khan are also part of the cast.

Bankrolled by Jobi P Sam, Petta Rap's technical crew also consists of cinematographer Jithu Damodhar and editor Nishad Yusuf.

Petta Rap wrapped filming in February and a release date is yet to be announced.
