The makers of RJ Vijay and Anjali's Wife have announced that the film's shoot has concluded.

On Thursday, the team released pictures of the post-wrap celebration of the film.

Directed by debutant Hemanathan R, the film is about a happy couple whose happy marriage hits a rough patch owing to difference of opinion on matters.

In an earlier conversation with CE, Hemanathan revealed that Wife would be a family drama, with a a strong romance angle at the centre of it. While discussing more details about the characters of Vijay and Anjali, Hemanathan said, "Being a video jockey himself, casting RJ Vijay in the role of an aspiring VJ made a lot of sense because he can bring his input to the role. Anjali plays a singer who not only has a strong voice of her own but will also fit in the role of a young wife in today's age."

The upcoming film is backed by politician-filmmaker Ambeth Kumar's Olympia Movies. Wife's technical crew comprises cinematographer KA Shakthivel, composer Jen Martin, and art director Siva Sankar.
