The makers of Prabhu Deva's Petta Rap announced on Wednesday that the first single from the film, titled 'Athirattum Dum Dum Dum' will be unveiled on Friday. D Imman is the music composer for the upcoming film, which also stars Vedhika in the lead.

Written by Dinil PK, Petta Rap marks the Tamil debut of SJ Sinu, who is known for directing Malayalam films like Theru (2023) and Djibouti (2021). Bagavathi Perumal, Vivek Prasanna, Ramesh Thilak, Mime Gopi and Riyaz Khan are also part of the cast.

Bankrolled by Jobi P Sam, Petta Rap's technical crew also consists of cinematographer Jithu Damodhar and editor Nishad Yusuf. Petta Rap wrapped filming in February and a release date is yet to be announced.
