Earlier, we reported that RJ Balaji's long-delayed Singapore Saloon is gearing up for release on January 25. On Sunday, the makers announced the film has completed censorship formalities and has been awarded a clean U certificate.

Director Gokul has previously made films like Kaashmora and Rowthiram and has helmed Singapore Saloon. Sathyaraj, Lal, Robo Shankar, Meenakshi Chaudhary, and Kishen Das form the supporting cast of the film.

The Vels Film International banner, which was behind other films of RJ Balaji, like LKG and Mookuthi Amman, has backed Singapore Saloon as well. M Sukumar has cranked the camera for the film, which will also feature music by the duo Vivek-Mervin, and editing by RK Selva.
