The pre-release event of actor Dhanush's next, Captain Miller, is all set to take place on Wednesday, January 3, at Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai from 6 PM onwards. The announcement was made by the film's production house, Sathya Jothi Films.

Helmed Arun Matheswaran, Captain Miller is gearing up to hit the big screens on January 12, for Pongal. Priyanka Mohan, Shiva Rajkumar, Sundeep Kishan, John Kokken, Nivedhithaa Sathish, Edward Sonnenblick, and Vinoth Kishan, among others, form the supporting cast of the upcoming film. 

Captain Miller is expected to be a period-action drama set in the pre-Independence era. GV Prakash has composed music for the film, which will also feature cinematography by Siddharth Nuni and editing by Nagooran Ramachandran. 

Captain Miller will be battling with films like Lal Salaam, Mission: Chapter 1, and Ayalaan at the box office.
