The makers of Thozhar CheGuevara, the upcoming Tamil film starring Sathyaraj in the lead, announced the film's release date on Monday. The film is all set to hit the big screens on March 1. 

Previously the makers released a glimpse which had intercuts of some bloodshed, violence, and action sequences, tucked in between glimpses of Sathyaraj. The glimpse finally ends with Sathyaraj telling one of his famous dialogues. The makers also released a song, titled 'Puratchi Thamizhan', which was crooned by Sathyaraj himself, for the first time in his career. 

Alex AD has helmed Thozhar CheGuevara, which also stars Rajendran, Nanjil Sampath, Cool Suresh, and Alex among others. Anish Edmond Prabhu has backed the film under the Grey Magic Creations banner. 

Sam Alan has cranked the camera for Thozhar CheGuevara, which will feature editing by Gowtham Rajendar and music by P S Ashwin.
