The Tamil film  Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, featuring Nivin Pauly, Anjali, and Soori in lead roles, was screened at the International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR). The film, directed by renowned filmmaker Ram, who has previously directed critically acclaimed films such as Kattradhu Thamizh, Thanga Meengal, Taramani, and Peranbu, received a positive response from the audience.

According to reports, Head of Communication at the Film Festival, Anne Wabeke, praised the film for its captivating narrative, which showcases love, empathy, and survival across centuries. Nivin Pauly wrote a note on his social media handle reflecting on the reception of his film at the Rotterdam Festival. He shared pictures from the red carpet and expressed gratitude for the esteem and love shown to him and his team. In his note, the actor wrote, "Cherishing our moment with Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Mala at the celebrated Rotterdam festival. We are immensely thankful for the esteem and love shown to us."

Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai is produced by Suresh Kamatchi under his banner V House Productions, while director Ram's frequent collaborator Yuvan Shankar composed the music for the film. NK Ekhambaram handles the film's cinematography, while Mathi VS takes care of the editing. 

The film has yet to get a theatrical release date.
