Actor Vijay Sethupathi had released the first teaser of Baby & Baby on Sunday, starring Jai, Sathyaraj and Yogi Babu in lead roles. The film is directed by Prathap.

The almost one-minute-long teaser opens with scenic locations from international locations which Jai and Yogi Babu are planning to head to. The teaser has multiple characters asking the same question, "Whose baby is this?" in various scenarios, adding further intrigue to the plot. Although the teaser doesn't reveal many details, it sets the tone for what seems to be a comedy of errors, promising a lighthearted entertainer centered around babies and unexpected chaos.

The cast also features Keerthana, Sai Dhanya, Pragya nagra, Ilavarasu, Sriman, Anandraj, Nizhalgal Ravi, Singampuli, Redin Kingsley, Rajendran, Thangadurai, Ramar, Prathosh, and late actor Seshu.

The technical team comprises music by D Imman, cinematography by TP Sarathy S.I.C.A, and editing by K Anandhalingakumar. The film is produced by B Yuvaraj under the banner of Yuvaraj Films. The makers have yet to announce a release date.
