Rajinikanth starts dubbing for TJ Gnanavel's Vettaiyan

Vettaiyan is scheduled to hit theaters on October 10 in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada

Actor Rajinikanth has started dubbing for his portions in his upcoming film Vettaiyan, directed by TJ Gnanavel. Lyca Productions, the production house bankrolling the action thriller announced the same on their social media handles with a video of the actor from the recording studio.

Recently, actors Manju Warrier, Fahadh Faasil, Abhirami, Ritika Singh and Dushara Vijayan also dubbed for their portions in the film.

Vettaiyan directed by the Jai Bhim maker, stars an ensemble cast that includes Amitabh Bachchan (in his Tamil debut), Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, Dushara Vijayan and VJ Rakshan. Amitabh Bachchan and Rajinikanth are reuniting for this film after 33 years. Their last film was Hum, which was released in 1991.

Previously, in May, it was announced that Rajinikanth wrapped shooting for his portions in the film.

Vettaiyan has music by Anirudh. This marks Anirudh's fourth collaboration with Rajinikanth. Other members of the technical crew include cinematographer SR Kathir and editor Philomin Raj.

Vettaiyan is scheduled to hit theaters on October 10 in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada.
