The makers of Raayan, Sun Pictures, unveiled the video song of 'Oh Raaya' from the film on Sunday. Composed by AR Rahman, the song with meaningful lyrics and motivational energy, is voiced by the composer and Ganavya. Dhanush has penned the lyrics for the song.

Raayan, which hit theaters on July 26, also stars Sundeep Kishan, Kalidas Jayaram, Aparna Balamurali, Selvaraghavan, Saravanan, Prakash Raj, and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in prominent roles. The film is written and directed by Dhanush and marks his sophomore directorial and 50th feature film. 

The film opened to mixed to positive reviews. Our CE review of the film read, "If Dhanush so chose, he could have treated Raayan as a film with elevation moment after elevation moment, set piece after set piece, but he doesn’t. He observes fascinating restraint and steps into the action zone quite carefully each time."

Raayan has cinematography by Om Prakash, editing by Prasanna GK, stunts by Peter Hein, as well as dance choreography by Prabhu Deva and Baba Baskar. The film is now available to stream on Prime Video.
